In 2004, the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties established the Credit Bureau of Utica/Rome College Foundation Fund in the amount of $30,000. A $1,000 mid-career grant was awarded beginning in 2005 to a student pursuing studies in an accredited program leading to a degree in Business or a Health-related discipline at a local college or university.
